Alpha Leadership Conference 2023

Working for full-time at the time employer Alpha International I was given the opportunity to resume my position as Head of Production for the Alpha Leadership Conference 2023. The conference was held at the iconic Royal Albert Hall & surrounding venues in South Kensington, London for 2 days in May. With a tight load-in and rehearsal schedule, the event required 5 days of offsite rehearsals and programming with a team of over 80 staff, contractors, and volunteers.
